Faenza is an elegant Roman city in North Central Italy, approximately 20 miles west of Ravenna in the heart of Romagna. Florence, Venice, Verona, Bologna and San Marino are easily accessible by train. Within reach of Faenza are two international airports in Bologna and Milan.

SaxArt Festival offers free accommodation with a limited number of host families. We encourage those interested to contact us as soon as possible; priority will be given in order of subscription. Hotel Inn in Downtown, Bed and Breakfast and typical Agriturismo are available for €25/45 per day.

Thanks to a sponsor provided by Faenza Festival, full lunches at GEMOS cafeteria will cost around € 7. A choice of several other typical Italian restaurants is at your disposal.
